主要用途：Main application
滾筒式除雜機(jī)主要用于物料與部分固體顆粒狀雜物的分離，如：果類(lèi)花蒂，干果，碎枝等雜物。同樣適用于刺梨、鮮橙、芒果、蘋(píng)果等果蔬。

設(shè)備各組成部分：Components of the equipment
如上圖所示，該設(shè)備主要由主動(dòng)傳動(dòng)組件、滾筒篩網(wǎng)、噴淋裝置、吹風(fēng)組件、減速電機(jī)、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、出料斗等部件組成。
The equipment is mainly composed of Main Active transmission components,Drum mesh,spraying devices,Blower components,Reducer motor,Blower,discharge hopperand other components (see attached picture).

1、設(shè)備整體重量輕靈巧妙，方便拆卸。

工作原理：Working principles
工作時(shí)，在電動(dòng)機(jī)的帶動(dòng)下，主傳動(dòng)組件開(kāi)始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，通過(guò)摩擦力帶動(dòng)滾筒篩網(wǎng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。物料從進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入吹風(fēng)組件，物料與雜物徹底分開(kāi)，不粘連，部分翼狀輕型雜物由出風(fēng)口排出，剩下的物料與雜物進(jìn)入滾筒篩網(wǎng)進(jìn)一步分離，雜物由排渣口排出，物料由出料口送出進(jìn)入下一道工序。
