夾層鍋（不銹鋼夾層鍋）又名蒸汽夾層鍋，廣泛用于乳品、糖果、制藥、酒類、糕點、飲料、蜜線、罐頭等食品加工，主要用于熔糖、化膠、蒸煮等。
