本設(shè)備適用于鮮奶、果汁飲料、酒類等熱敏性液體的加熱、殺菌、保溫和冷卻等工藝要求。本設(shè)備具有熱回收高,節(jié)能降耗,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,操作簡單,維護方便等特點。
This unit can be connect with separator,homogenizer,flash evaporator°asser ect.this unit is used as Pasteurizer(widely used in fresh milk,milk beverage,juice,tea,alcohol,ice cream ect.),and also pre-sterilize material when producing Pasteurized milk(long life milk).
機組可連接分離機、均質(zhì)機、閃蒸脫氣等設(shè)備。本機組通常用來對物料作巴氏殺菌(包括鮮奶、乳飲料、果汁、茶汁等各類飲料,各種酒類和冰淇淋料等),也可以在生產(chǎn)滅菌奶(長效奶)時對原料進行預(yù)殺菌。
